How many tickets can I buy?
You may purchase a maximum of 6 season tickets.
What information is required to purchase tickets?
During the purchase process, the buyer’s name, surname and email address will be requested in order to complete the process.
The buyer must personalize the subscriptions purchased in this process through the link that he will receive in his confirmation email. Personalization is mandatory in order to download the passes and gain access to the festival. You have up to 20 days* to do the customization for free. Once this period is over, it will cost 20€. *7 days in the case of sale of registered customers.
Ticket personalization
Once the purchase is completed, you will have to personalize the credit cards with the data of each attendee. You have up to 20 days* to do it for free. Once this period is over, it will cost 20€. *7 days in the case of sales to registered customers
To personalize your subscription, please follow the instructions in your purchase confirmation e-mail and enter the details of each attendee.
Wristbands shipment
This year all FIB wristbands will be shipped, so it will be necessary to fill in the shipping address when nominating the season tickets.
Only one shipment per purchase will be made to the address provided with the total number of wristbands purchased in that transaction.
Nominative tickets
It is important to remember that the credits are nominative.
Each season ticket must have the name and surname of the person who will attend the festival. At the event we will check that the information on the ticket matches the ID card, and if it does not match, you will have to pay 30€ for the change.
TICKET TRANSFER
If you want to change the name of the entry, you can do it through the name change link. You have a period of 20 days* from the purchase date to do it for free and, once this period is over, it will cost 20€. *7 days in the case of sales to registered customers
Authorization of minors
– Children under 9 years of age may enter the festival free of charge accompanied by their parent or legal guardian and must present the signed authorization for minors together with their ID card at the festival.
– Minors under 16 years of age must enter the venue with their parent or legal guardian and present the signed minor’s authorization together with their ID card at the festival.
– Minors who are 16 or 17 years old must present at the festival the authorization for minors signed by the father, mother or legal guardian along with their ID card.
Ticket retrieval service
You can purchase the season ticket recovery service for €3 to ensure that your season tickets will be returned to you in case of loss.
