The FIB venue is located in Benicàssim, on the N-340 road, km 986.300. If you're coming from the AP-7 motorway, take exit 45 (towards Barcelona) or exit 46 (towards Valencia).

PURCHASING GUIDE

How many tickets can I buy?

You may purchase a maximum of 6 season tickets.

During the purchase process, the buyer’s name, surname and email address will be requested in order to complete the process.
The buyer must personalize the subscriptions purchased in this process through the link that he will receive in his confirmation email. Personalization is mandatory in order to download the passes and gain access to the festival.
You have up to 20 days* to do the customization for free. Once this period is over, it will cost 20€.

You can purchase the season ticket recovery service for €3 to ensure that your tickets will be returned to you in case of loss.

You can use the Bono Cultural to purchase your season ticket or day tickets, but you must not add any additional items to this purchase. Subsequently, you can purchase your add-ons without the voucher and link them to your ticket.

No, the Campfest zone is independent of the general and VIP season ticket.

The organization is only responsible for tickets purchased through the official FIB channels (https://fiberfib.com/ or Enterticket). The organization warns that the purchase of season tickets outside the official channels is a risk for the attendee, who could be acquiring duplicate or fake tickets that would deny access to the festival. The organization will carry out electronic validation of 100% of the tickets, denying access to any ticket that has been previously validated or purchased outside the official channels of the Festival (FIB or Enterticket) or in which the name on the ticket does not match the name of the person presenting it.

THIS YEAR EVERYTHING IS PAID FOR WITH A Wristband: Food, drinks and official store.

By recharging your wristband you now get FREE extra money to spend on drinks, food and the official store.

WHAT IS THE PROMO RECARGA?
The Promo Recharge is an online offer for a limited time with which, when you recharge your wristband, we give you extra money to consume in drinks, food and official store during the festival.
This year all payments for the festival will be made through the cashless wristband, so drinks, food and any other service will be paid through this method.
You can buy the Promo Drink among several people, but the amount will be charged on the wristband of one of them and cannot be divided among several wristbands.
The Promo will be charged directly on the festival wristband when you enter the code in the purchase process. When the wristband is activated it will automatically count the recharged amount and the promotional part.
You can request the refund of the remaining balance on your cashless wristband at the link that will be provided on the website once the festival is over. The application period will be from 00:00h on Wednesday, July 24 until 23:59h on Tuesday, July 29. The refund request has a 3€ handling fee and the extra amounts obtained from any promotion or gift will not be refunded.

GLAMPING

GLAMPING SERVICE

Glamping is a rental service of tents already set up and you will find it in a fenced area of the rest area, with its own security. There are several types of Glamping tents, the Easy Tent, Deluxe Double and Bell Tent.

The Glamping area is located in a reserved area within Campfest.

You will be able to enjoy your tent for 4 nights, from Wednesday, July 17 at 12 noon until Sunday, July 21 at 12 noon.

You will only have to select one of the types of tents that you will find available in Glamping and finalize the purchase. The price refers to the entire tent, regardless of the number of people in the tent.

Each store has a maximum capacity indicated in the description. Access to the store is not allowed to more people than those indicated and access will be controlled.

The access to the Glamping area is fenced off and has increased security that will only allow access if you have your tent.

The price of the tent does not include the entrance to FIB or Campfest. It will be necessary to buy your pass on the FIB website or at authorized points.

The location of the stores is made by the organization and according to the order of arrival. If you have several tents, please inform the Glamping area upon arrival so that they can be placed together in case of availability.

A Glamping name change is not necessary. However, the days prior to the festival you will be contacted by email to provide information about the attendees.

SHIPMENT OF WRISTBANDS

Will all wristbands be shipped?

Yes, all wristbands will be shipped to your home or to the selected TIPSA collection point at no extra cost, shipping is FREE. Thanks to this system, you can forget about queuing at the festival entrance.

Wristbands will be shipped starting January 2024, you will receive your tracking link from TIPSA on the day of shipment.

The person who made the purchase will receive all the wristbands. This person will be in charge of handing out the wristbands to each attendee.

To pick up your wristbands at a Pick Up point, you must wait 24 hours (one working day) once you have received the e-mail notification from the selected point. From that moment on you have 10 days to pick up your bracelet/s.

You can scan the QR code of each bracelet and a link will appear with the name of each bracelet and the associated accessories.

When a name change is made, the wizard information is automatically updated. You only have to give the wristband to the new assistant so that he/she can access without any problem by showing his/her ID card.

The wristbands will arrive deactivated and you will have to follow the following process to activate them:

1 ➔ Scan with your cell phone the QR code on your wristband.

2 ➔Click on the “Activate pulsar” button.

3 ➔Enter your subscription code (you can find it on the subscription).

4 ➔Wear the wristband on the day of the festival.

5 ➔Bring your ID to the festival, it will be checked that the bearer of the wristband is the ticket holder.

It is very important that you do not lose your wristband, as without it you will not be able to access the festival.

All minors between 0 and 9 years of age must pass through the incident point (located at the access gate to the venue) in order to collect their festival wristband. All minors must fill out the following minor authorization form in order to gain access to the festival.

FIB has a 24-hour shower area available at Campfest. Prior to the festival you must purchase a voucher for unlimited use of the showers in the selected area. Make good use of them and leave the facilities as you would like to find them.

No food or drink can be brought into the festival concert venue. In different areas of the site you will find food stalls and bars where you can buy food and drinks.
It is forbidden to enter the venue with sharp, glass, metallic, thrown, flammable or blunt objects. The access of aerosols is also not allowed, as they are flammable objects. At the entrance there will be a control for everyone's safety. We ask for your maximum collaboration. Access will be allowed with creams in plastic jars and folding umbrellas.
Both Campfest and the concert venue have different green points for garbage disposal. Please use them for the good of all.
There will be chemical toilets distributed throughout the concert venue and Campfest. Remember that we will all make use of them, so try to leave the service as you would like to find it.

The Campfest area is equipped with showers (by purchasing an unlimited showers voucher independent of the ticket), chemical toilets, information point and lost and found, bars and restaurant area. By purchasing your shower voucher in advance here you can get unlimited showers during the whole festival.

Access to the area will be available from Wednesday, July 17 from 12 noon until Sunday, July 21 at 12 noon.

Both food and beverages can be brought into Campfest. However, for the safety of the attendees, it will not be allowed to use camping gas or other elements that may pose a danger to other fibers.

We do not have an area reserved for caravans and/or vans. However, it will be allowed to park your motorhome in any of the spaces provided as parking for vehicles.
