Children under the age of 9 (including 9 years old) may enter the festival free of charge accompanied by their parents and must present the signed children’s authorisation together with their ID card at the festival.
Minors under the age of 16 must enter the festival with their parent or legal guardian and present the signed minor’s authorisation together with their ID card at the festival. Minors who are 16 or 17 years old must present the signed under age authorisation together with their ID card at the festival.

In case you want to change the name or data on any of the tickets, you will have 20 days from the day after the purchase to do it for free. Past that time it will cost 20€. You can find a link to change your name in the confirmation email you received when you made your purchase under “Change your ticket details”. You can also manage your order here.

At the wristband center, we will exchange your ticket for a cashless wristband linked to all your details. With this cashless wristband you will be able to pay at all the bars of the festival. Payment with cashless system is done through a very secure system which uses a high security encryption.

No, once you buy the ticket, the purchase policy does not allow for its return. You can transfer your ticket to another person you know by doing a ticket transfer. You have 20 days after purchase to do it free of charge. After this period it will cost 20€. The complements are transferred along with the festival ticket, except for the transport service and glamping.
Cuando el comprador realiza la compra, le llega un email al correo electrónico facilitado confirmando que los abonos han sido adquiridos con éxito y con un link para que personalice los abonos al nombre de los asistentes correctamente. Se pedirán los siguientes datos:

· Fecha de nacimiento
· DNI
· Procedencia
· Código postal
· Teléfono
Desde que realiza la compra, dispone de 20 días para realizar la personalización de los abonos, pasado este periodo realizar la personalización tiene un coste de 20€, así como cualquier modificación de los datos del asistente.
Al finalizar la personalización llegará al correo electrónico de cada asistente el abono correctamente personalizado y listo para poder canjearlo por la pulsera cuando llegue el festival.

It is forbidden to enter the venue with sharp, glass, metallic, thrown, flammable or blunt objects. The access of aerosols is also not allowed, as they are flammable objects. At the entrance there will be a control for everyone’s safety. We ask for your maximum collaboration.
Access will be allowed with creams in plastic jars and folding umbrellas.
No food or drink can be brought into the festival concert venue. In different areas of the site you will find food stalls and bars where you can buy food and drinks.
