FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO ACTIVATE IT
1 ➔ Scan the QR code on the wristband with your mobile phone.
2 ➔ Click on the ‘Activate Wristband’ button.
3 ➔ Enter your ticket code (you can find it on your ticket).
4 ➔ Wear the wristband on the day of the festival.
5 ➔ Bring your ID to the festival, we will check at the entrance that the wristband holder is the season ticket holder.

TICKET TRANSFER
If you want to change the name of the entry, you can do it through the name change link. You have a period of 20 days* from the purchase date to do it for free and, once this period is over, it will cost 20€. *7 days in the case of sales to registered customers
Authorization of minors
– Children under 9 years of age may enter the festival free of charge accompanied by their parent or legal guardian and must present the signed authorization for minors together with their ID card at the festival.
– Minors under 16 years of age must enter the venue with their parent or legal guardian and present the signed minor’s authorization together with their ID card at the festival.
– Minors who are 16 or 17 years old must present at the festival the authorization for minors signed by the father, mother or legal guardian along with their ID card.
