What can I enter in my locker?
You may bring in all packages that fit inside the rented locker, except for prohibited items. Remember that you pay for the rented locker, not per package, so you can bring in all the packages that fit in your locker.
For how long can I rent a locker?
You will be able to hire the locker rental service for a period of 1 day and for the duration of the festival.
When can I access the locker I have rented?
During festival or rest area hours.
How are the slogans used?
Once the purchase is completed, you will receive confirmation and the locker number.
To open the lockers you can choose to link a card, festival wristband or an alphanumeric code that you will enter at the time of purchase.
Is it possible to charge mobile devices in the lockers?
Each locker has a plug with two USB ports and one USB-C port to connect and charge mobile devices. CABLE NOT INCLUDED.
How many times can I open the locker?
You can access the rented locker as many times as you wish or need during the rental period. Therefore, if you have forgotten something, want to add more luggage or need to access your luggage room during the rental period, you can do so without any problem during the festival hours.
I want to extend my reservation, how can I do it?

What happens if I do not pick up my items during the contracted period?
Your items will be kept in the same locker and you will have to pay the cost of the extra time. In case the festival ends, your items will be delivered to the festival’s lost and found.
What is prohibited to store inside my locker?
All objects whose mere possession or trafficking is illegal (such as stolen objects, drugs, pornographic materials or in any way degrading to human beings, etc.). Objects whose possession requires a license, without such license or authorization (such as, for example, weapons and/or ammunition). Any type of material that is polluting or dangerous (such as flammable objects or dangerous substances). No food may be inserted in the lockers, unless it is packaged food that cannot spill, stain the lockers or produce odors of any kind.
Is my luggage insured?
Neither Mobile Locker nor the festival is responsible for objects deposited inside the lockers.

What can I do if I have an incident in the use of the locker?
In case of breakdown, blockage or any other type of incident in the use of the locker, the Mobile Locker assistance service is at your disposal, by writing to the following address info@mobilelocker.es.
