FAQ QUESTIONS
How can I reserve my locker?
The reservation can be made in advance and will be valid from the moment you make it. It can also be made at the festival itself.
What can I enter in my locker?
You may bring in all packages that fit inside the rented locker, except for prohibited items. Remember that you pay for the rented locker, not per package, so you can bring all the packages that fit in your locker.
What is forbidden to store inside my locker?
All objects whose mere possession or trafficking is illegal (such as stolen objects, drugs, pornographic materials or in any way degrading to human beings, etc.). Objects whose possession requires a license, without such license or authorization (such as weapons and/or ammunition). Any type of material that is polluting or dangerous (such as flammable objects or dangerous substances). No food may be inserted in the lockers, unless it is packaged food that cannot spill, stain the lockers or produce odors of any kind.
Is my luggage insured?
Neither Mobile Locker nor the festival can be held responsible for objects left inside the lockers.
How long can I rent my locker for?
You will be able to hire a locker rental service for the duration of the festival.
When can I access the locker I have reserved?
During the festival schedule.
What happens if I don't pick up my things during the contracted period?
In the event that the festival ends and you have not picked up your belongings, your items will be turned in to the festival’s lost and found.
Can mobile devices be charged at the lockers?
Each locker has a plug with two USB ports and one USB-C port to connect and charge mobile devices. CABLE NOT INCLUDED.
How many times can I open my locker?
You can access your locker as many times as you wish during the contracted period. Therefore, if you have forgotten something or want to add more items, you can do so without any problem.

What can I do if I have an incident in the use of the locker?
