Security and Help

One of our goals at FIB is having you enjoy the Festival with us and doing so in a safe environment.

That’s why we have a professional team in charge of talking care of everyone’s safety. You’ll identify them thanks to their orange and yellow vests.

-        Don’t hesitate to ask them for anything you need. Anything, really. They’ll help you out or tell you where you can find help.

-        Security, control, and help staff are working to make your life easier during the Festival. Talk with them and you’ll see... be understanding with them, it’s not an easy job.

-        Having said this, we know there are black sheep everywhere and we’d like to know who ours are. If you have any complaints regarding security staff, go to any Help&Info stand where we’ll be delighted to hear you out. But remember we’ll need to know the person’s identification number, your location and time of the incident.

Lockers

We recommend you don’t bring valuables to the Camping Areas. They are, after all, a camping area and tents can’t really be classified as maximum security areas.

If you want to keep documents and valuables safe, CampFest has a locker service to do so. At the Venue’s main entrance you’ll also have access to lockers. Please check the timetables for each locker to see which one is better adapted to your needs.

Further along we’ll give more information on locker prices and timetables.

Lost and Found

Losing something can ruin your experience at Benicàssim. From the Organization we recommend you do NOT bring valuables to the Camping Areas.

Please use the locker service to keep any valuables or documents you bring. Don’t take any chances with IDs, train, plane or bus tickets, etc., no one likes having to get an emergency passport or a last minute plane ticket!

If you’re travelling form abroad, you can buy travel insurance to cover any losses.

If you lose or find something, please go to the Help&Info stands or hand it over to security or organization staff.

LOST OBJECTS DURING THE FESTIVAL

Objects lost during the Festival will be held and delivered at the Help&Info spot at the Venue, Help&Info at CampFest and at Villacamp’s lockers.

Warning! Remember the Venue Help&Info will only be open during the Venue’s opening hours. Please bear it in mind when searching for lost objects, specially if you lose it the last day! If this is your case, check information on the procedure for lost objects and documents once the Festival is over.

If you lose something you urgently need (i.e. plane tickets, etc.), please go to a Help&Info spot. Our info spot manager will get in touch with Safety to coordinate delivery.

If you’ve lost your passport and we haven’t received it, at any Help&Info we can give you information on your consulate’s number to be able to get an emergency passport. Before travelling, spend a few minutes of your time checking your consulate’s recommendations.

Help&Info

Help&Info spots are where you’ll be able to get information or help for any situation that might come up during your stay at Benicàssim. Check out where these stands are on the Venue map or Camping Area maps so you can find them easily.
