The Organization reserves the right to take any and all legal measures it deems suitable against holders of counterfeit tickets.
1.4. Possession of a ticket does not grant its holder or third parties the right to use the ticket or its contents for purposes related to advertising, marketing or promotions (including, expressly but not exclusively, contests, gifts and/or raffles) associated with the ticket holder or third parties. Failure to comply with this point will obligate the unauthorized advertiser and/or user to pay a penalty equivalent to a thousand times the price of the most expensive ticket of the event, without affecting further claims for general damages. Furthermore, this ticket will be, immediately, declared null and void.
