ESSENTIAL INFO

TENTS & CAMPING

You must have a wristband giving access to the relevant campsite and you must camp in a tent!

All tents should be in good condition and firmly fixed to the ground and the Organisers may refuse the right to camp if the state or design of your tent could result in a danger to other people.

Each tent must occupy the space allotted on arrival and you can’t reserve space next to your tent for mates arriving later. If you’re camping together please arrive together.

The space allotted will be proportional to the size of your tent and the size of your tent should be proportional to the number of campers.

Tents cannot have “dining areas”, awnings, tarpaulins or other extensions, horizontal or vertical, and must not take encroach on pathways.

Tents cannot be tied to anything other than the ground – not to trees, fencing etc.

You can bring in small folding camping chairs and tables but they must occupy the space you’re allocated on arrival.

Camping in parking areas or sleeping in vehicles is not permitted

GETTING ON WITH THE NEIGHBOURS

Please respect everyone camping around you and don’t disturb them when sleeping or resting.

Please keep your immediate area clean and free of litter by using bins and recycling points to dispose of rubbish.

If you need help at any time or wish to report anything suspicious or threatening or unsociable behaviour please speak to a member of the Security or the Campsite Team – they’re there to help you.

Please take care of your personal belongings – whenever possible we recommend you use lockers to store valuables.

Remember everyone is here for a good time so please look after each other and respect each other.

Security and Campsite staff are there to help you and you will also find Information Points and Medical points throughout the festival. Please speak to them if you have any problems at all.
