Documentation

To get your wristband, you must present:

- Your National ID Card (DNI), Foreign Resident ID Card (NIE) or passport (only originals; photocopies will not be accepted)
- Your physical ticket or your confirmation e-mail or your ‘print-at-home’ confirmation

Wristband exchange

Go to the entrance of the Venue (public entrance): this is the only place where you can get your wristband.

Camping areas

Once you have exchanged your ticket for your wristband, we will inform you of the space availability in the different camping areas so you can decide which one you would like to stay at. This information will be provided at the information points located by the entrances to the venue, right next to the wristband exchange office.

There are two camping areas: CampFIB (next to the Venue) and BeniCamp (in town). Both open their doors on Monday, July 12, at 9:00 am. And they both close on Tuesday, July 19, at 2:00 pm. Both 4-Day and 3-Day Tickets include the right to use the camping areas from when they open until when they close.

The 2-Day Tickets – for either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday – include different camping area rights:

For holders of 2-Day Tickets for Friday and Saturday:

- You may enter starting Friday, July 16, at 10:00 am
- You must leave by 7:00 pm on Sunday, July 18

For holders of 2-Day Tickets for Saturday and Sunday:

- You may enter starting Saturday, July 17, at 10:00 am
- You must leave by 7:00 pm on Monday, July 19

Finally, we remind you that single day tickets and 4-Day Packs do not include camping area rights.

How to get around

You can check out the schedules of the buses that will take you from the Manises Airport (Valencia) to the Benicàssim RENFE bus station as well as the buses that will connect the concert venue with the town and beaches of Benicàssim starting on Monday, July 13.

The map of Benicàssim is also available, featuring all the Festival’s hot spots and bus routes.

How to get informed

Remember that we are happy to help you resolve any doubts that might arise while you are in Benicàssim. There are several ways that you can get information, depending on your needs:

1) Information Points:

Information Points have been set up in and around the venue, in the camping areas, the RENFE train station and the centre of Benicàssim where you can find maps to get oriented and locate the principal hubs of the Festival’s musical and extramusical activities as well as other useful day-to-day information. There are also other points for more specific problems like the loss or theft of documentation.

2) Fiberfib.com:

Fiberfib.com is the name of the Festival’s official Website, where you can get the latest news, maps of the venue, tips on where to sleep and how to get around, the musical and extramusical line-up, etc.
