Important: Take care of your wristband as if it were your firstborn. It’s sturdy and resistant, but it’s not unbreakable. Don’t take it off for any reason and, by all means, do not lose it, since it will not be replaced with another if you do.
Damaged or broken wristbands will not be admitted. You will need your wristband to be in perfect condition to enter both the concert venue and your camping area. Take good care of it, especially when bathing at the beach.
The first thing you should do upon arriving is trade in your ticket/pass for your wristband in the camping area (they won’t let you back in without it) or at the entrance of the concert venue.
YES
- Respect the environment. Use the trash containers set up and available for your debris.
- The people working at the Festival are there to help you. Let them know if something happens. Remain calm. In any event, they will know what to do.
- If you need medication, don’t forget to bring it. In any case, we will have ambulances and medical personnel on hand at the first-aid stations set up around the concert venue and the camping grounds for any emergencies that might arise.
- If you sunbathe, don’t forget to use appropriate skin protection. If you get burnt, you won’t be able to enjoy the concerts as you’d like.
- Safe sex always. Go to the NGO section at the venue to get your free condoms.
NO
- You will not be allowed to enter the venue with any objects the organisation considers dangerous to your security or the security of others. With regard to what you can and cannot bring with you, here are some of our rules:
- You will not be allowed to enter with any type of weapon or arms, including sharp instruments, no matter how innocent they might seem.
- You will not be allowed to enter with any kind of container with a capacity greater than 500 cubic centimetres (including water containers).
- You will not be allowed to enter with professional cameras (that is, with adjustable lenses) or with video cameras.
- By law, the consumption and traffic of illegal substances is prohibited. In the case that anyone is seen selling or consuming such substances within the venue, they will be immediately escorted out and dealt with by the appropriate authorities.
As always, we would like to remind you that for the good of everyone concerned, but especially for your health, it is always wise to drink responsibly.
- Do not drive if you have been drinking. Remember that it is as much your responsibility to take care of yourself as it is to take care of those who place their trust in you.
- Be very careful when crossing the train tracks and highway. Although safety measures have been taken to slow drivers down, remember that you always have the last word when it comes to the risks you take.
MINORS
If you are attending the Festival as the relative or guardian of a minor, you must keep the following conditions in mind:
- At all times you must watch out for the safety and well-being of the minor, which is the most important thing.
- At no time should you let the minor out of your sight.
- Do not allow the minor to consumer alcoholic beverages, tobacco or any other harmful substance.
- Avoid crowds and any spaces that are inappropriate for the minor.
- Try to protect the minor from high volumes, maintaining a prudent distance from the speakers.
- Keep in mind that a minor’s endurance is not the same as your. Protect the minor from the heat of the sun and keep him/her hydrated.
- Remember that there are first-aid areas and services in the Venue in the case of any kind of emergency.
- Set a good example. The quality of the minor’s stay and experience depends on you.
DRINK LOTS OF WATER. THE HIGH TEMPERATURES AND HUMIDITY CAN DEHYDRATE YOU IF YOU DO NOT REGULARLY DRINK ENOUGH WATER. ALSO REMEMBER THAT CERTAIN SUBSTANCES CAN ACCELERATE THE DEHYDRATION PROCESS.
