FIB Heineken is held in a barrier free venue and provides a special Access with parking spots right by the access, camping for people with reduced mobility, bathrooms and two grandstands to enjoy the concerts from (at the Main Stage – Escenario Verde -, and Fiberfib.com stage) both for people with reduced mobility and a companion.

In order to request these services, it’s mandatory that you contact the organization by sending an e-mail to: accesibilidad@maraworld.com as well as providing the following documentation:

- Certificate of Disability according to the European Communities Model.

- Photocopy or scanned copy of tickets for FIB Heineken 2010 of person with reduced mobility requesting the services and companion.

The spaces assigned for these services are limited and will only be confirmed for people who request and complete the process before July 9th (included). Spaces and requests will be managed in a first-come-first-served basis until full capacity is reached under the following conditions:

- ACCESS: The Organization grants special Access to the venue to people requesting this service before July 9th and will attend further demands during the Festival days. If needed, last minute petitions can be managed at the Accreditation Office located right by the North access to the venue.

- PARKING & CAMPING AREA ACCESS: Parking will only be granted to the people who requested the Organization reduced mobility parking before July 9th. Last minute petitions will be managed onsite until full capacity is reached. In no case will the Parking spot be guaranteed until the Organization confirms the applicant directly. Same conditions will be applied for the disabled camping facilities.

- SPECIAL GRANDSTANDS:  There are ten spaces destined for people with reduced mobility at the Main Stage (Escenario Verde) and eight at the Fiberfib.com stage. You’ll be able to enjoy your spot at the grandstand depending on availability; the Organization cannot guarantee spaces will be available at all times in the grandstands.

- PUBLIC BUS SERVICE: four of the buses we’ve arranged for this edition’s transportation needs (only town-beach-town lines) will have access ramps and space for PRM. You’ll be able to buy single trip tickets as well as 10 day tickets in any of the Festival’s Points of Information.

Likewise, people who do not have reduced mobility but have special access requests can contact the Organization with their petition. Please note that the Organization will study every request and each person’s personal needs before confirming special access to any of the above mentioned areas and/or services.
