FIB 2012 is held in a venue with no architectonic barriers and has a special access for disabled people, parking spaces located next to said access, a disabled zone in the camping areas, adapted toilets and two stands (at the Maravillas and Trident Senses stages) for the disabled and an accompanying partner.

To take advantage of these services you must get in touch with the Festival Organisation at accesibilidadfib@maraworld.com and present the following information:

-Official certificate of disability issued by the public administration with a 7 point degree or positive result.

-Photocopy or scan of the tickets for FIB 2012 and of the ID’s or passports for the applicant and his or her accompanying partner

-Their respective e-mail addresses.

There are limited places for these services and we will only take into account those that have completed the process by July 6 (included).

Presenting the official certificate of disability with a 7 point degree does not entail the automatic concession of a disabled place, the Organisation will study each case before allotting them. The places will be distributed according to date of application and until the quota has been filled taking the following into account:

-Disabled access: The Organisation guarantees special access to the concert Venue to disabled persons that request this services before July 6 and will study requests during the Festival, in which case they must go to the Accreditation Office located next to the North entrance.

-Access with crutches: The Organisation will allow access to persons with bandages or plaster casts and crutches if they present a medical report stating they need them. If you do not posses said report, the Organisation will study each case individually and decide. Crutches will be examined for security reasons and their user will commit to not letting them go put of his or her sight at any time.

-Parking and camping area: parking space is guaranteed only for those who have reserved this service in the application process and until the quota is filled. The place is neither confirmed nor guaranteed until the Organisation informs each applicant. The same applies to the spaces at the Campfest camping area. Requests will be heard during the Festival if the quota hasn’t been covered earlier. Villacamp, the paid for camping area also has barrier-free spaces with adapted toilets.

-Disabled stands: There are 12 places allotted to disabled persons in the special stand at the Maravillas Stage and 8 at the Trident Senses Stage. You will be allowed access to the stand depending on availability, but the Organisation neither reserves nor guarantees a place in these spaces. There will be chairs for those disabled persons who are not in a wheel chair, but not for their accompanying partners. If you need this service, please state it in your application.

-Adapted toilets: The venue has several toilets adapted for the disabled, some of them close to the special stands. Nearing the Festival dates we will publish an “accessibility map” showing the situation of these and the rest of the services.

-Public bus: Some of the public buses that cover different routes during FIB 2012 are equipped with a ramp and disabled space. You can buy individual or season tickets at any of the Information Spots for the Festival.
