Accessibility: The venue is wheelchair accessible and offers services such as wheelchair-accessible bathrooms, a wheelchair-accessible grandstand, and handicapped parking near the entrance to the venue. More info at acceso@fiberfib.com.
Box office: The box office is located at the main entrance, where all available tickets will remain on sale.
Caravans: Anyone planning to attending the Festival in caravans, RVs or trailers can request space on caravanas.fiberfib.com. Space is limited. 
Cash Dispensers: There is a mobile cash dispenser in the venue, and many others are distributed around Benicàssim.
Check Areas: Anyone can check their belongings for safe keeping in any of the check areas located in the camping areas and the venue. This is a service we provide for the convenience and safety of everyone who attends the Festival.
Cigarettes: Cigarette vending machines have been placed around the venue.
Ear plugs: Ear plugs are available to anyone who wishes them at the Festival’s information booths.
Entrance: The entrance to the Festival’s venue is located on its northern boundary.
FIBshop: If you want to buy official FIB Heineken merchandise while you are at the Festival, don’t forget to stop by the FIBshop. During the rest of the year, you can buy Festival products exclusively at FIBshop online.
First Aid: First-aid teams have been strategically placed around the venue and the camping areas. Additionally, several medical centres can be found in Benicàssim.
Food and Drink: There is a food-and-drink area in the venue where you will find a variety of high-quality gastronomic options.
Gathering Area: The gathering area is located right by the entrance. Check the exact location on your map of the venue.
Information Areas: There are several information booths and areas in town and in the venue where you can find out everything you need to know about the Festival, schedules, transportation, etc.
Lost items: Go to the information booth at the venue.
Minors: Check out the FIB Heineken rules and regulations as they apply to minors at tickets.fiberfib.com.
Money (Payment Method): In order to buy food or drink in the venue, you must first purchase tickets (which are the only accepted method of payment in the venue) in the designated areas.  
Parking: We have parking lots reserved for Festival attendees, whether or not they have camping-ground rights.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the venue.
Pharmacies: There are several pharmacies distributed around Benicàssim, along the coast and in town. Check your map to find their exact locations.
Police: Benicàssim has its own police department as well as its own branch of the Civil Guard.
Post: There is a post office in Benicàssim and post boxes around town so you can keep up with your correspondence and send off those post-cards.
Recharging Mobiles: There are areas in the camping grounds and the venue where you can recharge your mobiles.
Showers: The camping grounds all have public showers.
Tickets: You can purchase your tickets at tickets.fiberfib.com. You can buy 3-Day or 4-Day tickets, and even a new 2-Day ticket, as well as 1-Day tickets for the Festival.
Water fountains: There are two water fountains located in the Festival’s rest areas.
WC: WCs have been distributed around the venue. Check your map for their exact locations.
Wristbands: You absolutely must have your wristband on in order to enter the concert venue. Therefore, you must first go to the wristband-exchange area to secure the wristband that corresponds to your ticket purchase. You must present either a national ID card or passport in order to have your wristband and to gain entrance to the Concert Venue. Without photo identification, you will not be allowed to have your wristband and enter the Venue.
