Back for a third consecutive year, the Fast Track to FIB Heineken competition is offering the chance to an unsigned band to be flown out to Spain and perform in front of 50,000 music fans on stage at this year’s Benicàssim festival in Spain.
With FIB Heineken 2010’s line-up already boasting acts like The Prodigy, Kasabian, Vampire Weekend, Echo & The Bunnymen, Ellie Goulding, Mumford & Sons and The Specials, fans have rightly come to expect bands of the absolute highest calibre, making competition for a slot on the Benicàssim bill fiercer than ever.
This week sees the launch of the 2010 edition of the Fast Track to FIB Heineken with the Supajam website – http://www.supajam.com– open (until March 29th) to all bands who wish to submit their talent to the competition. The bands will then be subject to various rounds of judging with the final taking place in Piccadilly’s The Pigalle Club
