He is the living figure of what the magic of genius vocal chords can do, and his albums are veritable catalogues of sentiments and feelings which nonetheless feature a singular serenity.

Admired by people as wonderful as David Tibet, Marc Almond and Baby Dee, Antony has made two album of indescribable beauty – “Antony and the Johnsons” (2000) and “I Am a Bird Now” (2005) have a certain cabaret quality that highlights this unique talent in a very intimate and endearing way.
