Rock ‘n’ roll, reggae, new wave, electronic pop, punk, disco, etc. All of these style can be heard at Aldo Linares’ sessions, where you are likely to hear Joe Meek, The Cramps, Scott Walker, Alton Ellis, Elvis Presley, Federico Moura, Morrissey, Pet Shop Boys, Richard Hawley and Chic, to name just a few.
His music, compact melancholy and contemplative pop songs, have left their mark on collaborations for several Spanish labels like Autoreverse, Acuarela, Ovni, Spicnic and Jabalina. On top of this, Aldo Linares has also collaborated, creating sound support, with artists of other disciplines such as the designers Jesús del Pozo and Héctor Serrano, among others.
Aldo Linares will be djing on Thursday, opening the Festival, and on Sunday at the Pista Pop stage.
